S2 Series: NEW model of TRIAC® Stainless Steel Actuators The S2 Series improves on the old style SS Series stainless steel actuators by incorporating stop bolts that allow adjustments in both the open and closed positions. The actuators also contain low temperature Buna-N o-rings and low temperature grease that allows the actuators to operate as low as -40°F without any modifications. A new size actuator, the S2-210, with an F14 bolt circle for larger valves will be available. The new S2 stainless steel actuators will be direct mount and standard on our “Painless Stainless” assemblies. See the new S2 Stainless Steel Actuator catalog on our website.

New Design: Lower Operating Torques!
The newly designed Power-Seal Series P1 High Performance Butterfly Valves include soft seat (P1S), fire-safe (P1F), and metal seat (P1M and P1H) options. With the new design we have a reduced the operating torques by improving the seat design, using a new standard seat material – G2TFE, and decreasing the stem offset.

Undercut Disks for our Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves

Undercut discs are available for our OS and OC Series Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves. The undercut discs allow for a lower operating torque in lower pressure applications. All undercut disc valves are rated to a maximum pressure of 75 PSID. Available undercut disc materials include Aluminum Bronze, 316 SST, and Polished 316 SST in sizes 6” and larger.
