Introducing the LB SERIES: PFA Lined Ball Valve! |

The new LB Series includes Class 150 flanged valves in sizes ½” – 8”, available in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel. These valves are rated to 232 psi (16 bar), and have a temperature range of -40°F to 400°F. The combination of PFA lining (at least 3mm thick) and PTFE seats makes the LB Series valve suitable for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, paint and solvents, caustics and acids, deionized water, and semiconductor applications. A one-piece ball and stem design reduces side loading and extends stem and packing life.
(Approvals for Canadian Registration Numbers are already coming in and expected to be collected by most provinces within 60-90 days).

A Brand New space at A-T! |

The A-T Engineering Dept has recently constructed a larger Research & Development lab. The new lab features three rooms: a main work area, a dedicated inspection room, and a concrete-walled test room. This new R&D lab allows A-T Controls to house its test and inspection equipment in the same area. The equipment and capabilities include a torque tester for valves and actuators, high and low temperature test chambers, flanges for pressure testing valves, a dedicated hydrotest station, a large granite surface plate with respective measurement devices, a high-powered microscope, a variety of hardness testers, a surface-roughness tester, a positive material identification test gun, and a 90° cycle time test unit. This expansion of our test equipment and capabilities is just an example of A-T's committment to continue to provide higher quality tests and products. |

.—Nothing like viewing the changing of the seasons while driving the Blue Ridge Parkway National Park in his
2010 Corvette Grand Sport Convertible. Torch red with black 4LT trim package. LS3 V8, 436 hp, automatic transmission with paddle shifters and dual tone exhaust.
Doug says the only thing wrong with this car is that it sits in the garage way too much - only 9,500 miles on the odometer!
