A-T Controls acquires Mighty Instruments of Houston, TX.  

A-T is excited to report we have acquired the assets of Mighty Instruments. Under the direction of Ryan Hunnicutt, Mighty Instruments is a manufacturer of a multi-functional controller that will add to A-T’s capabilities regarding systems, digital controls and connectivity.

With this acquisition Ryan Hunnicutt, Celso Siado and Gerry Hannaford will join the A-T team effective immediately. Ryan will take the new role as Director of A-T Systems Group, Celso as Head Design Engineer, and Gerry will join the production team in assembly for the controller as well as all other A-T products. Ryan and team will form the nucleus of this new A-T Controls Systems group, expanding our offerings and capabilities in this area.  

A-T is acquiring the Mighty Digital Controller product line that will offer many functions as a controller and accessory, and the ability to expand our solution packages and BUS capabilities. We will provide literature and functionality data on the controller as well as the what this new Systems group will offer.
