We had a successful factory acceptance test with a Houston based OEM and our THD Scotch Yoke heavy duty actuator. The valve is an 8” 2500# metal seated ball valve. The end user's requirement was to close in 1 second or less and we
closed in .789 seconds!

We are excited to introduce the F9R reduced port valve line. This is not a replacement to the F91 but an addition to our reduced port offering.  ½” to 4” available immediately, larger sizes available later this fall.

Some of the key features for this valve line are:

 

- Class 150# and Class 300#

- Available in ½” to 8”

- TFM™-1600 body gaskets and seats

- Double seal design on 1-1/2” and larger

- Valves rated for dead end service in either direction

- Direct Mount with packing gland that can be adjusted without removal of an actuator

- Torques are lower than the F91 on most sizes

- Natural Gas Use: NACE MR0175 and MR0103

- API-607 7th edition firesafe

- Low Emission certified to ISO 15848-1

Molly found our inventory of large diameter, Trunnion ball valves.  These valves are API 6D monogrammed, full port, double block & bleed (DBB) type.  Available off-the-shelf in class 150#, 300# and 600# up to 36”.
COOL RIDE
1928 All original Buick Country Club. The car was first purchased new by Dan O'Toole's neighbor Lance's father, this is the car his father proposed to his mother in. His mother and father used to drive three days from Moab Utah to Salt Lake to get married (now that trip takes 5 hours to drive). He sold the car when he was drafted in WW2. 10 years ago Dan O'Toole's neighbor Lance searched for his dads car and found it in a barn in CA. He brought it home and did a two year restoration on it. Take a look!
